How do the shirts fit?
They have a modern, true-to-size fit. If you prefer a looser feel, consider sizing up.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Are these shirts good for poker tournaments?
Absolutely. They’re lightweight, comfortable, and perfect for long sessions at the table.
Refund & Return Policy
At SunRunning Gear, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. This refund policy is in accordance with our manufacturer of the printing of our t shirts.
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem
Once verified, we will offer either:
• A free replacement, or
• A full refund
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or modified within a short window after purchase. Once an order has been sent to production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Delays caused by carriers or customs
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
